2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance

Production time is typically 3–5 working days unless stated otherwise

Custom designs require customer approval before production

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in EUR (€)

Payment must be completed before production begins

We accept secure online payments and may offer cash on collection

4. Custom Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, and details are correct

Once approved, we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer

5. Shipping & Collection

Orders can be delivered on your address or collected in Letterkenny

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services

6. Liability

K6 Module is not liable for:

Delays caused by couriers

Minor variations in handmade/custom products

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content remain the property of K6 Module and may not be copied or reproduced.

Returns Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of our products:

❌ Custom or personalized items are NON-refundable and NON-returnable

(unless faulty or damaged)

This includes:

Cake toppers with names/dates

Custom 3D prints

Personalized engraved or printed items

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

3. Non-Custom Items (if applicable)

Returns accepted within 14 days

Item must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

Refunds are issued only via the original payment method
